Elise T. Gallignano, Au.D., CCC-A, FAAA, CH-TM

Dr. Elise Gallignano is a skilled and trusted audiologist committed to delivering patient-centered care and improving quality of life through hearing. Her approach is rooted in compassion, education, and individualized solutions. She proudly and patiently takes time to understand each patient’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle to create solutions that feel natural, personalized, and empowering.
She earned her Doctorate in Audiology from Montclair State University, where she conducted her graduate research on Benefits of Receiving Treatment Closer to Time of Onset in Adults with Hearing Loss. Dr. Gallignano completed her clinical residency at SUNY Downstate Hospital in Brooklyn and began her career at Massachusetts Eye and Ear specialty hospital in Boston, working alongside some of the nation’s leading specialists. She has since provided comprehensive audiologic care across private practices in Westchester and the five boroughs, serving patients with diverse hearing needs and communication goals. With years of experience working at Apple, Dr. Gallignano also brings a unique blend of technical expertise and a deep understanding of user-friendly technology. She patiently and confidently guides patients and their families in using their hearing devices and incorporating technology to optimize their experience at a pace that works best for them. Dr. Gallignano holds the certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A), is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology (FAAA) and has earned advanced certification in tinnitus management (CH-TM).
Dr. G grew up in Queens, NY where her passion for hearing health began. Watching her mother navigate hearing loss from a young age gave her a deep appreciation for how essential communication is to everyday life. That experience inspired her journey into audiology and continues to shape the way she cares for each patient, with empathy, patience, and respect. Outside of audiology, Dr. G enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, supporting local small businesses, spending quality time with family and friends, and cheering on her favorite sports teams (especially when they win!)
D’Andra L. Martinez
Director of Operations
D’Andra Martinez provides a welcoming presence for patients and their families, while directing the administrative and operational efforts that keep Delta Audiology running smoothly. With years of experience managing a private audiology practice, she has a deep understanding of both the administrative and human sides of hearing care. She takes pride in creating innovative, out-of-the-box solutions to enhance the patient’s healthcare journey and improve the efficiency of the practice. Knowledgeable and well-versed in the ever-changing healthcare industry, D’Andra ensures the practice continues to deliver the highest level of care and upholds the gold standard in hearing healthcare.
Drawn to the medical field by her natural blend of empathy and organization, D’Andra’s diligence, calm presence, and warm personality helps to foster a welcoming environment that patients have come to trust. She prioritizes clear communication and transparency at every step, ensuring patients and their loved ones feel informed, confident, and supported throughout their hearing care journey.
As a proud Westchester native, D’Andra is passionate about giving back by helping ensure that those in her community have access to quality hearing care and the resources they need for a healthier, more connected life. Outside of the office, D’Andra enjoys spending quality time with her family, exploring new coffee shops, cooking up new recipes, growing her collection of houseplants, and testing her skills on trivia and quiz shows like Wheel of Fortune.
