A hearing test will identify any hearing loss and the degree present (mild, moderate, moderately severe, severe or profound). The hearing exam itself is quick and easy. You will sit inside a soundproof booth with a pair of headphones on and listen for a series of sounds at different volumes and frequencies. You will be asked to respond to each sound you hear.
